Dormers can easily become a small study area, window seat / craft or
hobby area, or a cozy convenient place for a second bed!
The fourth bedroom is currently an upstairs office and is the smallest
room at 11 ft. X 12 ft. The other two Dormer bedrooms are 11 X 13 size

which protect from any rains. It has a extended 7 ft. vaulted ceiling with
all knotty pine paneling that is linseed oiled for its finish. Although not

an enjoyable just shirt or sweater lunch!
The kitchen and dinette area is 12 ft. X 32 ft. and include a three of four
stool counter eating area as well. Merrilat oak cabinets surround the
food preparation areas with built in stove, dishwasher and refrigerator

A separate first floor den is 7 ft. X 10 ft. and has a window to the front
landscaping and drive. Opposite the den and across the back entrance
hall from the garage is the 6 X 9 laundry room with spacious additional
oak cabinets.
